Apparently my scale has issues. Actually I think its just me...
How does one become 7 lbs lighter the very next morning? not sure. I think that yesterday when I weighed myself it showed that I weighed more than I was because of breakfast. Rule is you weigh before you eat. Sooo...yeah. I had to go into fitnesspal to update my actual weight, taken right after I woke up, after I peed, and before I ate. I think that would be the most accurate.
I only want to do weigh-ins on Mondays. I gave in today because I just had to be sure that the scale wasn't lying to me. And it was!
