Apparently my scale has issues. Actually I think its just me...
How does one become 7 lbs lighter the very next morning? not sure. I think that yesterday when I weighed myself it showed that I weighed more than I was because of breakfast. Rule is you weigh before you eat. Sooo...yeah. I had to go into fitnesspal to update my actual weight, taken right after I woke up, after I peed, and before I ate. I think that would be the most accurate.
I only want to do weigh-ins on Mondays. I gave in today because I just had to be sure that the scale wasn't lying to me. And it was!

baby steps
I made this blog to keep myself in check. When I stepped on the scale today it was like reality hit me on the head- hard. I have really let myself go too far this time.
I won't go into the reasons why I've been snacking more, avoiding exercise, being generally more lazy than ever, etc. Life has turned a new leaf and it's time I start taking care of myself again.
The key thing here is baby steps.
So my baby steppin goals right now are:
*every day eat a healthy breakfast
*exercise 3-4 times a week. It doesn't matter what it is, just something.
*no more snacking after 8 pm.
*drink water with every meal and in between. NO sodas or juice. skim milk ok.
and that's it. for now.
